Compensation: $300/month net base salary + US-based commission scheme
Earning Potential: Up to $8,000/month

About the Role

Join SkyLux Travel, a premium US-based travel agency specializing in Business and First-Class flights.

We are expanding our sales team in Tashkent and are looking for ambitious, motivated, and experienced Sales Agents who are eager to build a successful career in luxury travel and maximize their earning potential.

As a Business Class Travel Sales Agent, you will work with high-value clients, understand their travel needs, recommend personalized flight options, and provide a premium level of customer service from inquiry to booking.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell international Business and First-Class flight tickets.

• Consult with clients and recommend personalized travel solutions.

• Upsell flight upgrades and additional travel options.

• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients.

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Maximize sales opportunities and earn performance-based commissions.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience is required.

• Fluent English, both spoken and written.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

• Confident and professional communication with clients.

• Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems quickly.

• Strong sales motivation and a results-oriented mindset.

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.

• Customer-focused attitude with strong attention to detail.

• Willingness to work the 4:00 AM–12:00 PM morning shift.
