Job Objective

We are looking for a Communication Specialist to be a part of our PACS (Public Affairs, Communication and Sustainability) team located in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

What we expect:

• Provide communication support to various departments and prepare engaging internal and external communication materials.
• Organize and coordinate press conferences, media breakfasts, and site visits for media representatives and external stakeholders.
• Develop presentations, press releases, key messages, speeches, and other corporate communication materials.
• Create content for corporate publications, the company website, and other official digital channels.
• Maintain and manage departmental documentation and records.
• Collect, organize, maintain, and archive information and documents in accordance with company requirements.
• Coordinate and successfully implement Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen and promote the company’s reputation and brand image.
• Perform other duties within the scope of the role and provide back-up support for colleagues during temporary absences as assigned by the manager.

• This is a temporary position to cover maternity leave.

Qualifications:

• University Graduate;

• Minimum 3 years of experience;

• Language skills: English - Advanced;

• Good command of Microsoft Office programs;

• Skills to write articles, press-releases;

• Organizational and planning skills;
