Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, negotiate, and manage contracts with clients, suppliers, contractors, and other business partners.
- Draft contracts, amendments, addenda, letters, commercial terms, and other contractual documents.
- Review and draft contractual documentation in accordance with company policies and applicable requirements.
- Participate in the preparation and coordination of RFIs and RFQs
- Coordinate RFQ/RFI processes with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal departments.
- Review RFQ/RFI requirements, identify contractual and commercial conditions, and ensure timely preparation of responses.
- Support the preparation of commercial and contractual proposals for tenders and business opportunities.
- Coordinate the contract approval process with Legal, Finance, Procurement, Commercial, and other relevant departments.
- Monitor the execution of contractual obligations and ensure compliance with agreed terms, conditions, and deadlines.
- Track contract expiration dates, renewals, amendments, and other key contractual milestones.
- Prepare and coordinate amendments, addenda, protocols of disagreements, and other contractual documents.
- Maintain an up-to-date contract register and ensure proper contract documentation and filing.
- Communicate and negotiate with clients, suppliers, contractors, and other counterparties regarding contractual and commercial matters.
- Identify and assess potential contractual, commercial, and financial risks and escalate them when necessary.
- Support the resolution of contractual disputes and disagreements.
- Prepare reports on contract status, RFQ/RFI activities, key deadlines, and outstanding issues.
- Ensure proper drafting, review, approval, execution, and archiving of contractual documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in contract management, contract administration, commercial, procurement, tendering, or a related field.
- Good knowledge and practical experience with RFQ and RFI processes.
- Experience in contract drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and administration.
- Strong understanding of contractual terms, conditions, and commercial requirements.
- Ability to draft and review contracts, amendments, addenda, letters, and other business documents.
- Experience supporting tender processes and preparation of commercial and contractual submissions is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze contractual and commercial requirements and identify potential risks.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple contracts and RFQ/RFI processes simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Experience with electronic document management and contract management systems is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English and Russian; knowledge of Kazakh is an advantage.
