Responsibilities:
- Manage the procurement process from identifying requirements to delivery of goods and services.
- Receive and review purchase requests from internal departments.
- Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers in accordance with company requirements and procurement procedures.
- Request and analyze quotations, commercial offers, and technical proposals from suppliers.
- Compare prices, delivery terms, payment terms, quality, and other commercial conditions.
- Conduct negotiations with suppliers to achieve competitive prices and favorable commercial terms.
- Prepare purchase orders, procurement documentation, and related correspondence.
- Coordinate the approval and issuance of purchase orders and contracts.
- Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and compliance with agreed terms.
- Follow up on delayed deliveries and resolve procurement-related issues with suppliers.
- Maintain and regularly update the supplier database and procurement records.
- Monitor market prices and conduct supplier and market research.
- Identify cost-saving and cost-optimization opportunities.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures, budgets, and approval requirements.
- Coordinate with Finance, Contracts, Warehouse, Logistics, and other departments regarding procurement activities.
- Review supplier invoices and supporting documents and coordinate with Finance for payment processing.
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and ensure proper filing and record keeping.
- Prepare procurement reports, spend analysis, and supplier performance reports.
- Support the development and maintenance of long-term relationships with key suppliers.
- Participate in supplier evaluations and performance reviews.
- Perform other procurement-related tasks assigned by management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or a related position.
- Practical experience in purchasing goods, materials, equipment, and services.
- Good understanding of procurement processes and supplier management.
- Experience in obtaining and comparing commercial offers and negotiating with suppliers.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze prices, commercial terms, delivery conditions, and supplier proposals.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience with ERP, procurement, or inventory management systems is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple procurement activities simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively with suppliers and internal departments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
