Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
6–12 years of relevant experience in engineering, maintenance, and/or operations.
Experience with rotating equipment in the oil amp; gas industry.
Knowledge of API, ASME, ISO and Kazakhstan regulations.
Experience with gas turbines, centrifugal compressors and other rotating equipment.
SAP ERP knowledge.
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Fluent English.
Experience in team leadership, training and mentoring.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate the activities of contractors and engineers responsible for critical rotating equipment.
Plan and organize maintenance activities, turnarounds, and major overhauls.
Prepare work scopes, schedules, materials, and required resources.
Monitor the execution of maintenance, repair, inspection, testing, and commissioning activities.
Monitor the quality of completed work and maintain technical documentation and reports.
Manage maintenance activities in SAP, including equipment records, work orders, maintenance strategies, materials, and inventory.
Analyze equipment failures and identify root causes (RCA).
Develop initiatives to improve equipment reliability, safety, and operational readiness.
Prepare equipment readiness reports, identifying risks and deviations.
Conduct field safety observations and participate in inspections by regulatory authorities.
Participate in incident investigations and implementation of corrective actions.
Provide briefings, mentoring, and support for the development of technical personnel.
Participate in planned shutdowns/turnarounds and pre- and post-turnaround activities.
