HR recruiter

Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle recruiting for office roles: dispatchers, freight brokers, safety specialists, accounting and support staff
• Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, hh.uz, Telegram and referrals
• Screening CVs and conducting interviews in English
• Coordinating with team leads on hiring needs and timelines
• Managing the candidate pipeline and keeping all records accurate and up to date
• Onboarding new hires and making sure their first weeks run smoothly

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of recruiting experience in US trucking/logistics (office staff hiring, not drivers)
• English at C1 level or higher (mandatory)
• Solid understanding of dispatch, brokerage and US trucking operations
• High level of professionalism and strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Organized, proactive and able to handle high-volume hiring
