ICT innovation and incubation manager

Duties:

• Research emerging ICT technologies and industry trends, including AI, quantum communication, cybersecurity, cloud, and networking.
• Introduce HQ capabilities, solutions, and global technology trends to the local market.
• Engage with governments, key accounts, and industry partners to identify innovation opportunities.
• Initiate and incubate innovative projects based on customer and market needs.
• Collaborate with HQ, product, sales, and technical teams to develop new ICT solutions and use cases.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in the ICT industry, with knowledge of at least 3 technical domains.
• Strong interest in emerging technologies and excellent learning ability.
• Experience in innovation, solution development, PoC, or project incubation is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Strategic thinking and ability to identify business opportunities from technology trends.
• Good English communication skills.

Working conditions:

• Work in the Tashkent office, near Oybek metro station.
• Working hours: 9: 00-18: 00 (lunch break 12: 30-13: 30).
• Working days: Monday - Friday (5/7)
• Days off: Saturday, Sunday.
• Probation period: 3 months.
• Working language: Russian/English (spoken English proficiency required; the interview will be conducted in English).
