We're looking for a hands-on Growth Engineer to own organic growth across traditional search (SEO) and AI search (GEO).
We will not review candidates who doesn't have an experience in B2C SaaS.
What you'll do
🎯 Own and execute SEO + GEO strategy end to end
🔧 Ship technical SEO wins: site architecture, schema, crawlability, Core Web Vitals
🤖 Optimize our visibility in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews
📈 Run programmatic SEO and A/B experiments; measure and iterate
📊 Work with GSC, Ahrefs/Semrush, analytics, and SQL to find and size opportunities
What we're after
Proven track record growing organic traffic (examples required)
Strong technical chops: comfortable reading/writing code and working with engineers
Experience with structured data, content optimization, and AI answer engines
Data-driven, experimental mindset
Remote-friendly. Competitive comp + growth upside.
