DRM Driver Relations Manager

Communicate with drivers on a daily basis

Listen to drivers’ concerns and resolve their issues

Handle driver complaints and requests professionally

Coordinate with internal departments to find quick solutions

Follow up on driver-related problems until they are resolved

Maintain good relationships with drivers

Keep drivers informed about important updates and changes

Good English communication skills

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to stay calm and professional in difficult situations

Responsible and attentive to details

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience in trucking/logistics is a plus, but not required
