Mathematics and Physics Teacher

Nordic International School is looking for a qualified Mathematics and Physics Teacher to join our team.

We are seeking a teacher with strong subject knowledge, excellent English language skills, and experience teaching academic subjects in English.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics and Physics lessons in English.

• Explain mathematical and scientific concepts clearly to students with different learning needs.

• Develop students’ logical thinking, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.

• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.

• Maintain a positive and well-organised classroom environment.

• Work collaboratively with other teachers and school leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.

• Must have C1 or IELTS 7 or higher

• Experience teaching mathematics or sciences

• Strong communication and classroom management skills.

• Ability to adapt teaching methods to students' needs.

Working Conditions

• Full-time position.

• Mathematics: 15 teaching hours per week.

• Physics: 6 teaching hours per week.
