Responsibilities:
• Plan in conjunction with Head of Trade Marketing, Brand Managers & Sales Team the field team tool kit
Provide comprehensive support across trade marketing for both launch programmes and promotional activity
• Assist in trade launch strategies for key titles, helping to seek input plans from within the business and all functions
• Supporting all Trade Marketing requirements for the business in all channels
• Supporting in the Creation and implementation of an executive trade marketing strategy suitable for all channels
• Supporting the Trade Marketing Manager with all local market brand development with Grocers, Wholesales, Symbol Stores, C – Stores, Vape Stores & Online
• Support with all trade marketing project work:Concessions,Shop In Shop
• Support the Trade Marketing Manager with the development of a trade strategy aligned to the brand strategy
• Cross functional support across Sales, Trade Press, International Sales, Marketing & Commercial Function
• Supporting the developing and executing the Trade Marketing Plan in line with the sales and marketing objectives
• Working with external agencies across press, design, print and media
Requirements:
• Ability to communicate effectively and priorities
• Results driven mindset and proactive
• 1 years minimum experience working in trade marketing role
• Ideally have experience within the Vape Channel but not essential
• Passionate, engaging and committed to succeed
• Strong planning and organisation skills
• Strong IT skills across standard programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator Teams etc.)
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Confident and personable – a great relationship builder
• Prior experience within Trade Marketing.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
• Thrive in matrix environments and are adept at influencing and coordinating with different stakeholders.
