Responsibilities:
• Implement national action plans for distribution, volume growth and visibility by optimizing the use of marketing resources and materials
• Manage the external field force agencies and monitor the objectives to be achieved and evaluate performance of the agency
• Organize meetings with the agency and help them to motivate the team behind the objectives
• Check the application of marketing guidelines and procedures
contribute to evaluate and recruit the right profile and implement all the training session (initial and on the job)
anticipate resources.
• Manage your budget like a real Business Unit for the sake of return on investment and profitability
• Establish winning relationships with stakeholders within the Region to ensure your understanding of the sector environment
• Optimize and improve organizational and work-related processes to maximize productivity
• Evaluate the marketing activities to propose corrective actions
• Follow the most important clients (independent, chains) and identify the business opportunities
• Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback
• Minimum 60% of the time on the field
Requirements:
• With a higher education and significant experience in managing a sales team in the consumer goods sector.
• Excellent communication skills, very good analytical skills, ease with numbers, ability to lead and motivate, sense of responsibility, strong investment and geographical mobility are your assets for success.
• Knowledge of tobacco or vaping product would be a plus.
• Speaking English would be a plus.
